Circuit breaker Regulators general maintenance inspection items are as follows:

⒈ regulator if there is design, installation defects;

⒉ check regulator load current, operating Inverter Power Supply‍ voltage is normal;

⒊ check for leaks oil regulator phenomenon, oil level, oil color, temperature not exceeding the allowable value, ONAN top oil regulator is generally below 85 ℃, strong oil-cooled and water-cooled stable and strong oil pressure should be at 75 ℃ or less;

Check the regulator ⒋ high and low voltage ceramic casing is clean, circuit breaker‍, damage and flashover traces of discharge;

Terminals ⒌ check whether the regulator is bad, overheating;

Check whether ⒍ normal regulator operation sound; have a uniform electromagnetic buzzing sound during normal operation, such as the internal discharge crackling sound may be breakdown of the winding insulation, such as electromagnetic acoustic uneven, probably iron core through the core bolt or nut loose;

Check the regulator ⒎ hygroscopic agent reaches saturation;

⒏ Check regulator is normal oil sectional door, sectional Air circuit breaker‍ door to the gas and the radiator relay sectional door is in the open state;

⒐ check regulator diaphragm tube explosion is complete, whether carved glass diaphragm has "ten";

⒑ check regulator cooling device is operating properly, the heat pipe temperature is uniform, whether the pipe clogging;

Check the chassis ground ⒒ regulator is good;

Whether filled with gas relay ⒓ check oil, no gas is present;

⒔ outdoor regulators focus on checking the foundation is good, with or without foundation sinking of change sets bar, checking whether the firm poles, wood, stem root rot whether the phenomenon.

⒕ indoor regulator, focus on checking doors and mcb circuit breaker‍ windows are in good condition, check the wire gauze shutters are complete;

⒖ other items should be checked.‍
