Therefore, this paper presents the use of electronic current transformers as a distance measuring element protection proposals demonstrated using optical current transformer on Distance Protection starter components, phase selector, impedance components and other functional elements also brings advantages. Analysis showed that the electronic current transformers distance protection will greatly enhance the accuracy and operation of each component reliability.
