Low-voltage electrical AC contactor is an important part of it as a basic kit is widely used in various production sectors. In the low-voltage AC contactor is closed and breaking  electri cenergy meter  circuits, it will produce an arc between the contacts. Low-voltage AC contactor switch arc in its arc instantaneously reaches a high temperature, and thus would adversely affect low-voltage AC contactor  circuit breakers , reduce the reliability of their products and reduce their electrical life. This paper studies the low-voltage AC contactor switch arc arcing during the arc diameter variations and temperature variations and distribution and low-voltage AC contactor switch arc was simulated.
